Since 1956, three generations have cared for our family vineyards in Vandeuil. The soil, the seasons, our gestures: everything that shapes our champagne is still crafted with heart.
Our flagship cuvées
Signature
Our most authentic cuvée, opened simply for the joy of sharing. Perfectly balanced, with fine bubbles, it’s equally at home at the start of a meal or gathered around a festive table. Made from our vines around Vandeuil, this cuvée embodies our style: direct, honest, and straightforward.
Héritage
More than a name, a legacy.
Héritage is a full-bodied cuvée with depth and complexity. It carries the gestures of past generations and their commitment to careful, deliberate craftsmanship.
Ideal for autumn dishes, quiet conversations, and meaningful moments.
A house, a family, a story
Since the 1960s, the Fournaise family has cultivated vineyards in Vandeuil, at the heart of the Montagne de Reims. Founded by Agnès and François Fournaise, the house has seen three generations driven by the same passion for champagne.
Today, Hervé and Céline, alongside their son Maxime and his partner Anne-Emeline, continue this family legacy. Together, they create sincere and elegant champagnes reflecting the terroir and know-how passed down through generations.
Our champagne, close to you
Throughout the year, we meet you at numerous wine and gastronomy fairs.
Our house in Vandeuil also welcomes you by appointment, whether for a visit or a pick-up.
If you prefer a local purchase, our champagnes are also available through selected wine merchants, restaurants, and partner stores, primarily in Western France, Île-de-France, and the Centre region.
Our daily commitments
Every day, we make practical choices: mechanical weed control, eco-grazing with our Ouessant sheep, organic trials, and constant awareness of our environment.
Our practices are certified by HVE and VDC, but above all, they’re driven by common sense and a genuine desire to do the right thing within our reach.
Nothing extreme, just respect for the vine, the seasons, and future generations.
Our logo is evolving, the cuvées remain the same
You may have already noticed: our bottles are gradually adopting our new logo and updated packaging.
For a little while, some orders may include bottles with either design.
Whichever label you receive, the champagne inside remains true to what we’ve always done: sincere, balanced, and made from our family’s own vineyards.
