Deep and intense, Morceau de Nature is a vintage cuvée born from the perfect balance between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with part of the blend aged in oak and acacia barrels.
It reflects our desire to focus on the essentials: expressing the richness of the fruit and the finesse of the terroir, with no unnecessary embellishments.

Assemblage

  • 50% of Meunier
  • 50% of Pinot Noir

Partially aged in oak and acacia barrels for added depth.

Tasting Notes

Complex and layered, it offers ripe white fruits (peach, pear), a subtle hint of vanilla, and mineral notes that bring freshness and tension.

The palate is generous, with a full, structured texture. Flavors of meringue, candied citrus, and a fresh, zesty finish linger beautifully.

How to enjoy it

Serve between 9 and 10°C to appreciate its structure without masking its finesse.

  • Refined aperitif: aged Comté, Bayonne ham
  • Main course: sea bass ceviche, coriander shrimp, ricotta-chicken cannellon
