The VDC (Viticulture Durable en Champagne) label is a voluntary initiative that helps us structure our efforts to better respect the environment while staying true to our way of working.

Created by the Comité Champagne, the VDC framework is specifically tailored to our region—its soils, grape varieties, climate, and challenges.
It focuses on four key areas:
- Preserving biodiversity
- Reducing pressure on natural resources
- Improving management of agricultural inputs
- Minimising our carbon and landscape footprint
What it means for us
This certification makes sense for us because it reflects practices we’ve already put in place:
- Soil management without systematic use of chemical herbicides
